Affirmations for work/life balance

I often am asked by clients or workshop participants about how to
create affirmations that really work.
Affirmations are tricky because
it is not the words that assist in shifting one’s consciousness into a more
allowing state of being as much as the vibration they elicit within.

An affirmation needs to open you up to a different possibility around the
subject in mind. It needs to raise your vibration above where you currently
are. At the same time if you try to raise your frequency too far (ex. I am pure
bliss all the time!), then the desire can feel out of reach and that can
actually drop your vibration.

What you are reaching for in an affirmation is to open to the
vibration just a little above your current vibration around the subject.
Something that feels doable, realistic, possible.

So, with that in mind, here are a few affirmations around work/life
balance that may be helpful.
Feel into them. Find the one that really
feels possible and enjoy that vibration until it moves from possible to TRUE!

I am open to the possibility that work/life balance is possible.

I am open to receiving the support of the universe in creating the
the work/life balance I desire.

I am open to the thoughts, ideas and circumstances necessary to
create a healthy balance between work, family, self-care and spiritual
growth.

I am open to doing just what I feel called to do and allow the
universe to take care of the rest!

I am clear, loving and consistent with my desire and commitment to
work/life balance in both words and actions! http://expandingjoycoaching.com/blog/

  1. Hi Michelle,

Thanks for posting this, as it’s a really important topic I find x
I totally agree with and appreciate everything you’ve said above regarding affirmations and their vibration.
I am an EFT practitioner and I find I’m constantly working with affirmative statements, softening them up, making them flow and feel nourishing rather than out of reach and totally unreal, and blocking.
I love the way you’ve described it above and it’s great at you’ve shared it, because I know that a lot of people struggle with affirmations and the energy around them.

So thanks for sharing and lots of love x x x x
