I have found that 15 minutes of meditation in the morning works well for me…  And I do BMH Chakra meditation usually on Sunday.  `Now I want to shift my eating habit to better support my vibrancy.

no skipping allowed!

got home at 3 am from a friends birthday party and awoke at 6 am without the alarm to prepare for my meditation, LOL. I think the divine is the best alarm clock, hahaha ,so sweet, every detail taken care of.

More Meditation Time

would really love to add a meditation period in the evening, a framing of the day.  the morning one is a great start and on the nights that I attend the deeksha/blessing circles that is the evening meditation, but on the other nights would be nice to end the day with the Divine embrace.

I can do this!

I do meditate on a fairly regular basis.  This shift will keep me accountable to not skip even one day.  My kids can tell if I have not meditated and often ask if I didn’t do it on the days I did skip.  Shows you how powerful it really is.  Blessings my friends.
