Conscious Evolution Coaching

Public Group active 7 minutes ago

Conscious Evolution Coaching (CEC) is an Integral Evolutionary Practice facilitating graceful and harmonious transition for awakened souls who want to

• heal themselves through healing others
• accelerate the expansion of their own and others’ consciousness
• raise their own and others’ energy vibrational levels to the highest level
• together transform the increasing negativity and lowering vibrational levels of millions.

By joining and eventually leading one or more Circles of Practice with people of shared intention, practitioners can make an optimal contribution to the Birth of the New Era. By changing themselves and assisting others who wish to do the same, all parties achieve an accelerated growth in consciousness. In times of increasing stress and tension in the world, this counterbalances the resulting rise of Fear and Anger through the transformational powers of Love and Peace.

In contrast to other consciousness acceleration programs, Conscious Evolution Coaching provides deep support for both personal transformation and business development. Participants are helped to optimize their contribution and to make a fulfilling and sustainable living.

Growth — both individual and collective– can take place either slowly or suddenly.  It isn’t limited by restraints, but by tendencies.  Innumerable options are open to everyone all the time, but they’re relatively infrequently chosen because people want the context that would make such options attractive.  One’s range of choice is ordinarily limited only by one’s vision.  ……The most important element in facilitating an upward movement in consciousness is an attitude of willingness, which opens up the mind through new means of appraisal to the possible validity of new hypotheses.  (from David R. Hawkins, MD, PhD, Power vs Force.)

For me I’ve always felt that I lived outside “the box.”  But I now see that I just created my own box which although it wasn’t like anyone else’s box, it was my box.  I accept responsibility for my actions, feelings, & beliefs; so, I’m not a victim.  I consistently release my mind from its analyzing behaviors of old.  It is quite relaxing to just be a human being instead of a human doing.  It is not without struggle though.  I like to plan and organize.  We are going to visit my husband’s family late this week and he is going out with some people he hasn’t seen in 30 years.  I’m not invited.  It is very difficult for me to not make some phone calls and plan something so I’m not just sitting around with my husband’s sister.  But, I’m being guided that I must let the spontenaeity take its course.  I now have a thrill of the unknown.  What are you working on (mental, physical, emotional, previous conditioning) to get out of your own box?

The concept of the “box” is the question for me.  I see it as how I define myself, or my identity, in any given moment.  Therefore, it can be quite small or quite expansive.  One thing is for certain, it is very fluid and malleable.  And just giving it this attention, in this moment, it feels quite expansive, because I am releasing ego identification (very box-like) and relaxing into being aware of being aware……and at this level of consciousness, there are so many options, just like you said, Judy.  In BEING awareness, the box dissolves, and awareness IS.  Yes!

Great conversation Judy and Susannah. I wonder if Conscious Evolution Coaching is one way of, if not getting rid of the box, then continually expanding it. I feel I am boxed in by my ‘stuck emotions’. Some I am aware of as I notice repeating patterns of behaviour. Some are deeper and more subtle and I have difficulty in separating who I AM from these blockages in the flow.

I think transformation also occurs through crisis and confusion. Both have the capability to shatter our ‘box’ and free us to look more widely for answers to our most deeply held questions.

I agree Mike, there is nothing like crisis and confusion to bring to my awareness where I need to make adjustments in my beliefs, choices and attitude, as these are what either create my box or allow me to live outside of one. I see a purpose in both. in either case I seek to not judge too harshly where I find myself.

Great thoughts. Janet, perhaps your avatar says it all – position yourself at the centre of the spiral, Look, no box. :)

Susannah,  I find boxes to be confining. I’ve also heard it referred to as a comfortable rut.  I understand what you mean about defining yourself.  But, in this discussion I was eluding to the boxes that are keeping us from being all that we can be.

Michael, I like that image of being in the middle of the spiral!

For sure we are led to transformation through crisis, but what about beauty?? The impulse to evolve is sparked in me by art, music, dance or communion with nature. Beauty inspires me to evolve. Crisis leads me to evolve. It’s all good. Love to you all, Teresina

For me the “box” is all that I know as of now.  Some of these knowings are mine, meaning I have consciously looked at the belief and experienced it to be true.  Some of the knowings are from conditioning, other people’s beliefs that I have not as of now, looked at and made a conscious choice whether or not to keep them in my “box”.  Either way, for me, thinking outside the box, is when I open the space inside for creative newness.  Something appears in a flash, that I did not consciously know before, yet I experience it immediately as true.  This can be triggered by beauty or pain.  I prefer beauty lol, but I must say that the most profound new knowings in my life were born of pain.  Once I start living a new knowing, it becomes part of my box.

I also see the “box” as collective consciousness.  Although I am living out of my “box”, as I grow the knowings in my box have become different from the collective knowings of my family, friends and society.  They see me as someone who thinks outside the box.  I could say that the box is another term for ego, or who I think I am.  Outside the box comes from source, unlimited knowing.  My goal is for my “box” to become more and more congruent with source wisdom.

Ah.. boxes. As a few others have said, my “growth” has come from those painful experiences. From those experiences, a new beauty emerged. This must be my “theme of the week.” I have had the phrase “think outside of the box” come up from different sources for five days in a row. I asked source for a frame of reference. I wrote: Your box came in pieces, and with no instruction for assembly. Your box arrived in increments, as life experiences presented the opinions and judgments, beliefs, values of others in your growth experience.  As you grow in your consciousness, more of  ”the box” will disappear and you will simply be.”

    I prefer no box.

    In light,

    Lynda

    Hi everyone,

Great to be part of this group :-)

As for the conversation, I feel very close to Lori’s point of view. My 50cts would be to love your “box”. Accept it and support the process. Like that a part of your awareness is consciously synchronized to higher consciousness. You can hold and cradle your box, so that love is all around and you are that love as well.

    Blessed be

Yes a great conversation – the way I have come to see it is that we have free will so we choose our transformational choices (based on our beliefs and past conditioning – or unique box) – but in addition, I believe we are being helped – by “outside” helpers (guides, ascended masters, angels, or what ever name you want to use) – who ultimately are who we are anyway – so it is kind of ourselves helping ourselves – and this is leading people to awaken to their true nature much more easily and see the box rather than being identified with the box – yes it is all happening (well it is happening here anyway).

I like the idea of planetary awakening – ie we are being helped by pacha mama, mother earth  – which from the centre of the hub is who we are (there is no box – or as in the Matrix there is no spoon)

    Namaste

Yes, the box dissolves from within through the realizations, activations that “release” the truth of I AM THAT I AM…….

I thank all of you for this conversation, for I AM confirmation!

    In ONENESS,

I too can relate to living in some kind of restricted box – I have found the work I am doing with Michael on emotional release truly liberating.  I know that growth doesn’t happen overnight, but the first step I feel is to be aware of those limiting beliefs we all have.  I have been brought up in a family where emotions are not shown and feelings buried, and have years of hiding what I feel.  I am slowly beginning to release some of those feelings and now have more strength to open up and be more vulnerable with those I love.  I also have a sense of acceptance, instead of trying to make things happen – I am now able to go with the flow and surrender to the healing power of love – what will be will be!!

    Hello, Everyone!

I am thrilled to be one of the Founding Coaches in this emerging evolutionary organization! Doing our own process work is inherent in learning and co-creating the program, and for that I am most grateful to Michael. As a psychotherapist for 25 years, I have done a great amount of personal growth work. However, getting to the deepest core of the limiting dysfunctional belief and then using the spiritual/energetic practices to clear them was amazing to me! Some of the issues just disappeared rapidly. How do I know this? Because they no longer hold any emotional energy for me and, the muscle testing confirmed it. WOW! Michael’s calm strength and wisdom held a steady presence, as I dug deeper and deeper. I am working on the scarcity mentality that has constricted me for years, holding me back from full expression of my wildest dreams. I have no doubt that this will clear, too.

It is a beautiful process Thank you, Michael, for your amazing guidance with this group.

One of my new Truth Statements: I live in the energy of Love, all days and in all ways.

    Love,

    Fran

    Dearest Michael,

I have also been very absorbed by the presentation, I completely understand Tracy. I wasn’t able at first to work with the template for the presentation  so I wrote a mini novel in Word document. Using my daughters PC I am able to work the google. doc and reducing and condensing the presentation to fit the template has been very beneficial, giving me a chance to fine tune my focus.

I never had a chance to thank you for the one on ones, and let you know that since I have been home (2 weeks) I have an eye on the inside, and when issues emerge ( or just pop up) the Alchemy lesson you shared with me is such a great way to transmute all the negative , judgmental and hurtful feelings into a flowering garden of gold.

Thank you for all that you do, and I look forward to our next meeting. Everyone is sooooo brilliant!!

    Love,

    Teresina
