Conscious Evolution Coaching

Public Group active 1 hour, 49 minutes ago

Conscious Evolution Coaching (CEC) is an Integral Evolutionary Practice facilitating graceful and harmonious transition for awakened souls who want to

• heal themselves through healing others
• accelerate the expansion of their own and others’ consciousness
• raise their own and others’ energy vibrational levels to the highest level
• together transform the increasing negativity and lowering vibrational levels of millions.

By joining and eventually leading one or more Circles of Practice with people of shared intention, practitioners can make an optimal contribution to the Birth of the New Era. By changing themselves and assisting others who wish to do the same, all parties achieve an accelerated growth in consciousness. In times of increasing stress and tension in the world, this counterbalances the resulting rise of Fear and Anger through the transformational powers of Love and Peace.

In contrast to other consciousness acceleration programs, Conscious Evolution Coaching provides deep support for both personal transformation and business development. Participants are helped to optimize their contribution and to make a fulfilling and sustainable living.

Proposed Coaching, Business and Organizational Model (26 posts)

Michael Wolff said 1 year, 1 month ago:

I have drafted a document that outlines a proposed model for how we could work together to achieve our own and the collective accelerated shift. I am trying to strike a balance between allowing the process and structure to emerge while at the same time providing some form, structure and direction. I may not always get the balance right, for which I apologise.

The document (8 pages) can be viewed on http://www.slideshare.net/michaelwolff/i-am-theshiftapr12

If you would like to edit it, the Word version can be downloaded here: https://www.dropbox.com/home/Conscious%20Evolution%20Coaching

The document covers a number of topics, including

    • why Conscious Evolution Coaching
    • measuring consciousness (Hawkins model, etc)
    • the program structure
    • healing protocols
    • collaboration model (chaordic structure, purpose and principles)
    • gifting model (how coaches are paid)
    • shared marketing, development, administration

To make the process more digestible, we can set up a number of separate topics to deal with each of these separately, according to your personal interest.

I am aware that all this information could be overwhelming. I don’t know how to break it down into manageable chunks without first giving you an overview of how the whole model could fit together.

Looking forward to your thoughts and love, Michael

Michael, I’ve only just begun reading your 8 page document, but this is fascinating.  Are you doing this independently, or in coordination with shiftmovement.com people?

Michael Wolff said 1 year, 1 month ago:

Thanks, Camilla. We (there are five of us – Ellen Kratka, Morag Paterson, Mike Bell and Vicki Nelson) have started this independently. We are currently just testing the model and seeing whether it will fly.

Meanwhile, I have done ACE3 with Barbara and recently started the Guides and Mentor programme as a Mentor. My application for the Mentor program described this project as my primary focus and contribution.

When we get the model right and see that there is some demand, we can then align ourselves with the Shift Movement and also all the other WorldShift organizations that are currently emerging.

Also, I am set up as an affiliate of the Shift Network, helping them to market their programs, and once we have a large enough list, I expect they will do the same for us. Being able to joint venture with the other major players in the Shift is one of the key strategies. Also one of the reasons incidentally for the 60:40 percent revenue split. Joint venturing and marketing is expensive. :(

Incidentally, Internet marketing and entrepreneurial management are two of my core skills.

Meanwhile, all I feel I need to do is to align myself with the Source, and the rest will take care of itself.

What a brilliant piece of work this is, Michael! THANK YOU for initiating this Shift! I so appreciate the thought, effort, and skill that you have committed to creating this model. The synchronicity of this showing up in my life at this time is grace indeed, for it supports what I believe to be true while stretching me to grow. Living from the love-supported models is my calling, but I haven’t quite known how to exit the old structures. I haven’t yet been willing to just leave it all behind. This feels like at least a bit of wind under my wings!

Long ago I acknowledged my role in being a shift leader; however, because I have created a model of my own, I have felt somewhat isolated in the work that I do and have been lacking some of the skills needed to move it out into the world. Also, in alignment with the spirit of collaboration that is emerging, I have wanted to participate in a collective energy. Finding the right fit has been somewhat elusive–until now. Conscious Evolutionary Coaching speaks to my soul truth. I have been a silent participant of the conversations as I am not able to be online as often as I would like at this time. However, the depth and wisdom of all who have share have already created a sense of belonging in this community. I have a felt sense of being in the flow of giving and receiving love, a part of this universal family. Deep appreciation to all….

I am also grateful that the goals of being effective shift leaders is held with equal importance of being able to support ourselves. The Business Model you propose seems clear, until I run numbers and come up with vastly different figures and hours. I’m not sure what I am not understanding, but I calculate 28 hours a week for one group of 8 participants and $4707 income per year. ????

    Other Questions:

    * How feasible is it to assume being able to set up 8-10 groups?

    * Does the program assume that one is already trained in one of the Energy Psychology methods?

Thank you for helping me to clarify what you have so beautifully proposed.

    Love to all~~~

    Fran

    Hi Fran

I’ve worked the numbers and it looks like this to me:

    Month 1    8 people x 4 hours =     32 hours
    Month 2    8 people x 2 hours =     16 hours
                  + 4 groups @ 1.5hrs  =     6 hours
    Mth 3-12  10 x 4 x 1.5 hrs    =       60 hours

Total hours in year 1 for one group – 114

    Income year 1  $97 x 8 people x 12 months x 60% = $5,587

    Hourly rate year 1 = $49.00

    Hope this makes sense.

Hi Fran, thanks for your encouragement and for your questions.

Regarding the financials, what Mike says above is correct, but this applies only to one program for a full year. We need to assume that if one wants to build up to, say, 10 programs, and one can bring on a new program one per month for 10 months, then the numbers look slightly different.

I have revised the text in the document to read as follows:

Based on the flat fee model of $97 per month per participant, the above revenue share split, and an average of 8 participants per program, a coach can expect to generate an income in the first year of $5,587 per program at the rate of $49 per hour. The income remains the same for the second and subsequent years, but the rate per hour increases to $78.

Assume the set-up of one program per month for 10 months with 8 participants each in the first year. The total revenue in the first year amounts to $34,920 for 870 hours at an average rate per hour over all programs of $40. In the second and subsequent years the coach can expect to generate an income of $55,872 for 720 hours at the average rate per hour of $78.

The number of hours shown above refer to hours coaching. We need to assume that although the marketing will drive the prospects that you need, you may need to spend some time talking to them before they convert to a sale. This could add another hour per customer in the first year. They may also be a need to spend some additional time covering ones that are needed to replace participants that drop out. There may also need to be time allocated to additional training.

If we were to increase the flat monthly fee to, say, $125, then the above paragraph reads as follows:

Assume the set-up of one program per month for 10 months with 8 participants each in the first year. The total revenue in the first year amounts to $45,000 for 870 hours at an average rate per hour over all programs of $52. In the second and subsequent years the coach can expect to generate an income of $72,000 for 720 hours at the average rate per hour of $100.

Clearly it is critical to find the right price point for the value provided and for what participants can afford.

You can download the xls spreadsheet here and play with the numbers yourself. Cells shaded in green are variables.

Hi Fran, this is in response to your question:

    * How feasible is it to assume being able to set up 8-10 groups?

It depends on whether at least five elements are in balance:

    • the perceived value of the proposition
    • the price relative to the perceived value
    • the level of demand
    • the quality of the marketing
    • the quality of the sales

    Perceived Value

What monetary value do we place on the following?

    • healing one’s body, mind and soul – yes, we’ve all been working on this for years, but now with Energy Psychology and intensive peer support we really have an opportunity to shift stuff that has really been difficult to clear. In my own case over 25 years I must have spent at least $30,000 over that period and still hadn’t cleared a ton of stuff. But using various modalities in Energy Psychology, I have cleared more in the last three years than in the whole of the preceding 25 years. I also now have a strategy for tackling physical issues that doctors consider to be irreversible. What price to you put on that?
    • shifting to a higher level of consciousness – in earlier times one might have had to spend 30 years meditating in a Zen monastery. What previously took decades and even life times, can now be achieved in months and years. What price do you put on that?
    • contributing to the collective shift – a year ago I was almost paralyzed with fear. My legs stiffened up and I could hardly walk. My fear stemmed from an analysis of all the dangers currently confronting us and not knowing what to do. Do I fight, do I run, or do I freeze? What I was experiencing was the latter – freezing, not knowing what to do. Once I realised that the optimum strategy was none of these, but rather an accelerated shift in consciousness, alignment with the Source and the conscious co-creation of our next evolutionary leap, all the fears disappeared. I knew exactly what I had to do. I knew that my path was in dedicating myself to serving the Highest Good. Without fear, love enters. The feeling of peace and non-resistance is bliss. What price do you put on that?
    • being part of a loving and supporting community – in my terror I felt totally alone, separate and unsupported. My legs couldn’t support me. I say this as an experienced martial arts practitioner of almost 30 years, so I am not lacking in physical strength. But once I was clear about my purpose and reached out to support others, what I received was total abundance of love and support in return. My first chakra cleared and I now feel totally rooted to the earth. That, and much more, comes from my group. What price do you put on that?
    • earning a living - I am currently financially dependent on my wife’s earnings and her job is not entirely secure. At the beginning of the year I had three projects – two were high value consultancy projects which would have more than funded the development of the third – Concious Evolution Coaching. The moment I committed to the latter, on the same day both the income earning projects evaporated. In no uncertain terms the universe was telling me where I needed to focus. So now I have a path to earning an income that meets my needs. Not only that, but the proposed coaching, healing and organizational model can be applied across a whole range of applications, including major social challenges such as reversing diabetes, obesity, depression, etc. Energy Medicine is the new frontier of healthcare. We are in the Age of Healing. What price do you put on that?

We are talking about a possible perceived value of benefits that are priceless.

The price relative to the perceived value

At $97 per month, the cost for the above amounts to $1,164, and at $125 per month, it amounts to $1,500. This is a lot of money if you’re not earning or if you do not have capital. But relative to the perceived value, it seems to be almost insignificant.

    The level of demand

How many coaches, therapists and healers are there in the world, connected over the Internet and shaing the same language and values? How many who are not already coaches, therapists and healers want to become that? Is the addressable market big enough for a few of us to find 100 customers each? You can answer that and I think you know the answer.

    The quality of the marketing

We are discussing a service offering that can be marketed, sold and delivered over the Web. I have spent the last 15 years engaged in web-based services and digital marketing and have no doubts that together we can develop a marketing presence that will deliver the outcomes we need, provided that the demand is therre. I spent a year researching in depth all the areas of rising energy as determined by the use of key search terms on Google. What I found was high rising energy in terms relating to accreditation in life coaching (i.e. lots of people wanting to enter this field), the various modalities in Energy Psychology, and especially Conscious Evolution and the Shift. While other areas in the market are in steep decline, where we are now has very high growth potential.

Where we are challenged and where I believe we could be poised to make a phenomenal breakthough is in the following area:

If you take any group of coaches, therapists or healers, you will find that a very small percentage have worked out how to market themselves and to make a good income over the Internet, while most of the rest are struggling. The successful ones behave and look like gurus. The gurus affiliate with each other and create a virtuous circle. They all rise together, leaving the rest far behind. This is not a criticism, but it is exactly the model that we see in the Shift Network. Barbara and a few others are mega stars. The rest are non-entities.

This is the marketing model that I want to change. We need and respect the gurus. They are leading the way. They can also help us. But we also want a model that works for the rest of us. We don’t have to be a super guru, but we don’t want to be scratching all the time for a living. I believe that with our proposed model, we can achieve this goal and create a new paradigm where we support each other to be successful without having to be gurus.

    The quality of sales

We can get the hot qualified prospects to your door, and we can do most of the selling for you, but the final bit will have to be done by yourself. After all, the participant will be joing YOUR group and will want to be confident that they will click with you and the rest of your group.

The above is the long answer to your question: * How feasible is it to assume being able to set up 8-10 groups?

The short answer is: in my view, very feasible.

Thanks again for your question and love, Michael

Hi Fran, in answer to your last question:

    * Does the program assume that one is already trained in one of the Energy Psychology methods?

No, you don’t already have to be trained in any of the EP methods. We are assuming at this stage that it will be sufficient to participate in a group for at least three months. During that period the participant will learn how to use the relevant tools and practices for themselves and will also practise coaching others on how to identify and clear issues. If the participant then feels confident enough to run their own program then that should be sufficient.

The idea also is that even when you start running your own programs, you will continue to participate in a group where you are receiving coaching and continuing in your practice. In that way you have continuous training from a group who are also coaches, therapists or healers and you are learning from their collective wisdom. Of course you will also be learning from the groups where you are the lead coach.

A lot of training can also be done by reading the relevant literature and following stuff that is going on over the web. All of this is virtually free. We could augment that by creating training courses that provide additional accreditations. Having accreditations and having more than one program will enhance a coaches ability to attract more clients.

    Thanks and love, Michael
