Shift Movement

This Shift is to sing a song that recognizes someone else’s Light and Divinity in them at least once a week, and ideally report on it here at least every couple of weeks or once a month for a year. 

It can be sung to someone that we know very well or it can be sung to complete ‘strangers’ who we may meet in the course of our day (this makes this shift more challenging and potentially exciting! )~ : ~ ) ~ but either way works great.

Would be great if you can share the songs you are choosing to sing as part of this shift as well. Perhaps even recorded or from youtube. 

I will link up one of my favourites in a future post which I feel is very powerful and alchemical / transformational ~ to sing or hear ~

2012 is the year of the Dragon in Chinese astrology. 

I feel we are entering into the Year of the rising Phoenix Dragon ~

 
For me this is a year of letting all the old go and being the Self based on my Unity and Oneness with Life rather than the ego self I created based on separation ~ letting the illusions go (i-lose-ions aka. I-lose-energy) for the celebrations (celebrate-ions) of our planet and people’s starting with the one I see in the mirror ~ shifting into a more interconnected and divine way of Being :~)

And fortuitously I type this in Phoenix Arizona ~ :~ ) ~ where I’m attending a retreat on consciousness evolution ~ (evolve-ions) ~ and Being the Light of the World ~ ‘

I went to a Thrive Taos meeting tonight in Taos New Mexico. It’s amazing what’s happening, people are coming together to co-create a whole new way of Being together in circles built around sustainability, resiliency and raising consciousness ~

I envision circles in every city in North America and Europe having these circles starting up and seeing their talents multiplied. Time to move beyond the outer differences and knowing that united we stand and together we can co-create a whole new world based on Abundance and Unity rather than lack and separation ~ :~) 

It’s a beautiful and exciting time to Be ~: )

21 Days of Gratitude progress report: Day 15 – 19

Day 15: I AM Grateful for finding inner Peace, Jjoy, comfort and victory in a world that on the outer is changing quickly and may not always appear the way I more and more feel within! ~: ) I affirm we are moving into this Shift in a wonderful and beautiful Way and I see the signs all around me and within me. 

Day 16: I Am Grateful for the Youth of our world who are here not only here as stewards of the future of our beloved planet, but as teachers – because they have an open mind and heart and can help us see beyond the illusions that make the emperor appear to have clothes on! :~ )

Day 17: I Am Grateful that people can no longer complain and say: When will anyone do anything to be the change? Now WE are Being the Change! :~ ) 

Day 18: I Am Grateful for the Shift Circles that have begun to meet up and the blue print that is being created to have local meet up groups all around the world ~ united in the cause of Shifting and diverse in all the rays 

Day 19: I Am Grateful for clean, pure, alkaline water! I am currently fortunate enough to have wonderful well water to drink daily. I affirm we are all here now to purify our planetary waters, by first purifying the waters within ourselves by shifting our awareness into more empowered loving ways of being.

Hey Hey… today it’s my birthday ! : ) ~ And spending the day working on Shift on a beautiful farm and small village here in East Sussex with some fellow Shift Movement members ~ : )~ Will be hiking up to some ancient sacred space here later today, which the Long Man of Wilmington is near ~

Today it is misty. A bit drizzly. The Mists of Avalon surround our journey ~

And we woke up to an interesting call today… there has been quite a bit of work going on in the village streets near the property where I’m staying (which has resulted in some twisty turned detours on some very old roads which I’ve enjoyed navigating).  Apparently the water mains are very old and they were constantly leaking and they’ve had to keep replacing them piece by piece as the problems pop up because they haven’t decided to replace the whole system due to costs. HOWEVER ! That was not the case at all!

What is actually happening under the streets of this small village is that some ancient waterways are starting to flow under the village. I have no idea how big of a problem this will be for the streets, but it is interesting from some esoteric perspectives ~ : )~

We found out that not only is this ancient water begining to bubble up again ~ an intuitive friend was guided to do a very large circular walk around the entire area and is inspired that there is a massive stone circle surrounding this whole area from the ancient days build with similar stones to Stonehenge (although not as large). Some of these stones have been unearthed. There are also many hidden ancient wells that surrounded the village that had been closed up to show there was waterways in ancient times.

We’ve also heard that these waters may have been considered very sacred to the people’s of old and have this same feel to them now ~ sacred springs coming from within the earth to the outer ~

So why have the waters suddenly started to bubble upwards? What is the catalyst for the change ~ what was this area, which is very near the Long Man of Wilmington and ancient roadways that may have been built to follow Ley Lines or Dragon Lines in the ancient times, known for in the distant past?

The entire area is a National Park, occasionally crop circles show up in fields around here. There are beautiful forest and views. I watched the sunset yesterday from the top of a hill that overlooks hundreds of farm fields separated by trees and great hedges as well as the sea ~ In ancient days the hill was known as a signal hill where fires could signal to the tribes below any danger approaching or perhaps carry messages across the hills through code ~

Stunning beauty surrounds the ancient English landscape ~ and mysteries of the grail, crop circles, ancient Druidic understandings, connections with nature and elemental Life and stories of Magdeline, Augustine and Saint Patrick, Arthur and the Knights of the Table Round, Joseph of Aramathea and iniatitions of Jesus as a young man on the hills of Avalon abound ~ Knights Templar, the Rosicrucians and Free Masonry had much of their esoteric history flourishing here in the British Isles.

Old memories are starting to reappear and resonate with those who seek within ~ symbiotic connections are made and the Truth begins to emerge ~ all that is hidden will be revealed and the land of the British Isles is the home of many sacred spaces and hidden mysteries ~

And ancient springs are starting to flow again in ground that was sacred to the ancients and is perhaps will re-emerge as keys to the awakening consciousness in All ~ :~ ) ~

The Long Man of Wilmington of which many stories and mysteries surround ~ and with a definite energy point resonating in the area ~ : ~)

After having some great success with this Shift by committing to it 3 weeks in a row (after the successful completion of the week before), then not needing to recommit because I no longer had the urge… Time for me to recommit to this one ! : ~) I got off track here over the past 3 weeks… made an excuse to have one and it’s snowballed from there… back to a coffee or two everyday… ~ Well, not for the next 7 days! and we’ll see where things go from there : ) ~

The Shift here is to sing a song of joy to at least one person everyday. To make it a little more attainable, the song can be to someone around, but doesn’t have to be directly within ear shot of them, although it’s great when it is. Essentially singing a song recognizing the Divine in someone else every day and envisioning the highest Light in them as we do so.

I tried it a week ago and I sang a song to the barristas at Starbucks and it was a great Shift for me and for them… fun! Was a little trepadacious before starting, but I took upon myself as a challenge and ~ success ~ now they’re extra friendly and I even got a free coffee or two out of it.

Ok, I’ll keep this Shift updated with my experiences!

Wow! Here we are a week into the beta launch of Shift Movement to those who went to Barbara Marx Hubbard’s 2012 event, and with only one email we’re past 2000 members and seeing inspired creativity, amazing membership and a great beginning to a Great Movement.

As Co-Creator and project manager for ShiftMovement.com, I have been involved in the process from the get go. Bit by bit we’ve been preparing for our opening the doors on the site. That time has come and while we’re just getting started in that regard, it’s a great start indeed.

Now that we’re moving, we’re moving full steam ahead, and we’re on the fast track to continue to create the technology that will help this Movement grow and become a great Light of the world. Of course it takes more than great technology to create a great movement, and we are fortunate enough to have an amazing group of inspired members joining us here.

We each have a piece of the puzzle for the whole and I feel that Shift Movement is a grand opportunity for us to find our voice, uncover our talents and let our Light shine.

For me, Shift Movement is like a re-charging station for us as we go into the world and have our day to day experiences, we can come back to that point of Light that helps us keep our focus on the Light in All and on the Shift’s we are making in ourselves and our world.

I’m truly excited about how the beginning of this Movement is growing and I see a Wave of empowered Creators forming that can really help wash over the illusions of powerlessness and separation of the collective consciousness and help us surf into a more Interconnected, Abundant, Empowered and Creative Way of Being for us all. Knowing of course that in order for Shift to happen in our world, it always starts with ourselves!

On a personal note, I kicked my coffee habit which was not benefiting me (two weeks + into it at least), thanks to my public commitment using the “My Shift” functionality of Shift. I had tried to do kick this habbit before and I was not able to, it was the public commitment and posting about it that enabled me to stick with the Shift even when tempted to do otherwise. I’ve also started to journal everyday because I made a public commitment in the 40 Consecutive Days of Mindfulness Practice Shift. (Have you been inspired to make a commitment for these 40 days of Mindfulness Practice?)

Whatever contributions we make, whether it is sharing our gratitude and journeys, creating and fulfilling Shifts for ourselves or community, or encouraging others; whatever we offer that helps raise us or others higher, this is the bounty of the Shift for me. And perhaps the greatest bounty of all is when we make personal Shifts within ourselves because every step we take forward is a step for all when we realize how connected we all really are.

There are so many amazing people joining Shift Movement (you are one of them) and we’re working behind the scenes (and yes we have an amazing development team too : ) to create the technology that makes it easier and more effective for everyone to get to know each other, have great conversations and really connect for real world greatness to take place.

For me, Shift Movement is our Movement and it is time to move back into the Presence of the Now together as One by finding our interconnectedness within ourselves and truly Being the Ones we have been waiting for.

I’m looking forward to growing with our Movement, we certainly are embarking on a remarkable journey and adventure into the Life more Abundant for us all.

Some say Glastonbury Tor was where the fabled Avalon had it’s physical existence in the days of Arthur and the round table. It is also felt by many to be the Heart Chakra for the planet. Having been up the Tor yesterday and feeling my own heart expanding on the pilgrimage up, and seeing the tremendous beauty surrounding Tor, this resonates with me.

The understanding is that like people, the earth is a conscious Being and therefore has Chakras like people do. Chakras being energy centers within our energetic bodies that each serve a different purpose in our well Being and creations. 

The Heart Chakra being the center of Love and in some spiritual traditions, the secret chamber of the Heart (sometimes known as the upper heart), the 8th chakra, the tabernacle that houses a unique spark, a threefold flame of the Infinite that resides within our Heart. 

It is said that around the hill itself is where the heart chakra resides in a higher dimension and the secret chamber lays within the area where the tower is on top of the hill. 

The spinning, purity and healing of chakras is a key piece to the healing of our Earth Mother like it is a key piece of healing within each of us ~ with a healed earth, we have a much easier time healing ourselves, yet for the earth to heal, we must heal within as well ~  

So as we are going through this Shift, various energy centers are opening up, impurities are being transmuted and transformed and our chakras can serve their purpose more effectively ~ 

I feel sometimes we are called to go to various sacred spaces on the planet, perhaps to make calls and perform ceremony or perhaps to just be in these great energy centers presence. And as we follow our inner direction, both the earth’s energy centers and our own can be healed and purified, and protected and reopened, bringing forth a beautiful Way of Being for us All : )~
