I agree. Each One of Us is one cell in the Unified Field, therefore, the Kingdom of our Holy Mind must be ruled by the individual expression. Choice is a sacred blessing and I choose to be Loving and Kind as I sit and watch the Play of My Life.

Thank you for sharing your friends insight. It is a gift to be able to feel without placing any conditions on the feeling.  It is also a learning experience for me, letting go of all the mental baggage and as I do I get happier and happier.
